Plasma power supply
Our newest plasma power supply, of which pulse width can reach ns level
and pulse power can reach MW level, will produce more high-energy electrons than
traditional corona discharge. These high-energy electrons ionize gas molecules to
generate free radicals such as O, OH, HO2 and O3, which take plasma catalytic
oxidation with SO2 and NOx in flue gas to generate SO3 and NO2 or corresponding
acids respectively, which can effectively remove dust, sulfur, NOX, mercury and other harmful substances in
gas, thus achieve the integrated removal of various pollutants.
